+86 13961529027At the beginning of this year, China's first intelligent factory solution and demonstration production line for Industry 4.0 was born. Supported by the wia-fa technology independently developed by Shenyang Institute of automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (the world's only IEC wireless technology international standard for factory high-speed automatic control applications), the scheme integrates a series of cutting-edge core technologies, with high flexibility and intelligence. However, as far as the sensors used are concerned, they are mainly imported products.
"In aerospace, military and other fields, in order to achieve independent safety and control, we can produce, develop and produce some high-end sensors at no cost. However, when applied to the industrial field, it is more cost-effective to purchase imported products at this stage." The relevant person in charge disclosed to the reporter of China Electronics News, "high-end motors, vision, force and other high value-added sensors can not be produced on a large scale in China, but can only rely on imports. In order to pursue the consistency and reliability of the whole system, many sensors should also use imported products."
Some clues can be seen from the "made in China 2025" key field technology roadmap. Intelligent manufacturing core information equipment ranks among the top ten key areas. The short-term goal of new industrial sensors in 2020 is to increase the market share of intelligent photoelectric sensors, intelligent proximity sensors, medium and low-grade vision sensors, MEMS sensors, chips and optical fiber sensors to 20%.
"Industrial sensors are the key factor to test whether a country's industrial system is perfect." Yang Chao, who has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions for many domestic mainstream automobile, home appliance, machine tool and other production enterprises, has more say in this regard. "Industrial robots, production lines, reaction vessels, CNC machine tools, and the basis of standardized and non standardized equipment for intelligent manufacturing are all integrated by many sensors." Yang Chao told China Electronics News, "in the early days, most of China's intelligent manufacturing equipment were imported from abroad, and the cost was very high. Later, after the introduction and digestion of domestic equipment enterprises, they realized independent production, but in order to facilitate the selection and the stability of equipment operation, the sensors generally used the products of the original factory."
"The prices of these imported sensors are naturally expensive. For example, a pair of laser monitoring sensors from sick in Germany cost 70000 to 100000 yuan. However, they still account for a relatively small share compared with the price of the overall equipment." Yang Chao said, "In fact, imported sensors that are widely used, such as the vision modules of Bonner and Omron and the encoders of Yike and Phoenix, also have similar domestic products. However, compared with civil use, the industrial environment has higher requirements for sensors. Considering the stability, accuracy, operation safety and other aspects, among the intelligent manufacturing solutions I contact, the sensors are made in China The conversion rate is still very low.
